Originally established in 2003, Barza, Inc. operated as “Spartan Cleaning” for over 17 years prior to reorganizing and joining Alevon Group, its parent company in 2020. Spartan Cleaning, LLC was born and officially reestablished its presence as a major, full-service provider of cleaning and restoration and remediation services.
Over the years, Spartan Cleaning had a rich history of providing exceptional results from janitorial and wellness cleaning to specialty cleaning services such as post construction and distressed property cleanup. Today, it continues to expand its service offerings with the same commitment and dedication to absolute excellence it began with almost two decades ago.

Alein Cadalso
Founder
Alein is founder of Spartan Cleaning, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alevon Group, its parent company. He oversees business strategy and general operations. Prior to starting Alevon Group and Spartan cleaning, he spent over 15 years in leadership positions with prominent real estate companies such as Jones Lang La Salle, The Mills Corporation, and Simon Property Group. Alein holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering from Florida International University and thrives as an entrepreneur.
