Clean up – specialized equipment and techniques are used to remove smoke and soot from ceilings, walls, and other surfaces.
Restoration – this step may involve minor repairs, such as replacing drywall, painting, and installing new flooring. If damages are substantial, major repairs and reconstruction area and rooms will be required.
